  Pterostylis alpina Mountain Greenhood and bug.jpg - Pterostylis alpina Mountain Greenhood.Flowers late August to end September. Grows to 30cm tall usually 1 (rarely 2) flowers per stem. Found prolifically on top of the saddle and the Eastern slopes of the mount. Note the pollinarium at the back of the flower behind the labellum.
